Lewis & Clark is a non-profit 501(c)4 organization that consists of 15 communities and 5 rural water systems in southeast South Dakota, northwest Iowa, and southwest Minnesota. A 20 member Board of Directors governs the System. The membership ranges from small and large rural water systems, to small rural communities and the commercial and economic hub of the region, Sioux Falls. Lewis & Clark's members include:
